What do you think of these hooves?

Latest update. My vet agreed to prescribe the metformin without doing the glucose test. She started on it last night, so fingers crossed it will help her. Today is also the day she gets fitted with her imprint shoes. I expect she will feel immediate relief when they are fitted. Then I have to wait for a week until she is allowed out.
