What do you think of this dressige baby... seriously tempted...

Oh I do like, I like his mother aswell. Would be interesting to see whether he kept that gait when ridden or that was just a floaty showing off trot

His/her dam is super-lovely! :D

I think that's one of the things I really like about him... her eye is just lovely and I'm a believer in the temprament comes from the dam... Plus he's very pretty and I'm a sucker for a pretty horse...

BnBx

PS he's called Quentin which is such a cool name for a hossey... Mmmmm chat with bank manager in order I is thinking...

Oops, I hadn't spotted that, too distracted by the pretty mare! ;)

I hope the BM is helpful. When I took some money out to buy my mare, I was asked whether it was for a car of a holiday, I said, 'neither, I'm buying a horse' ans I was told that that was so much better than a holiday that would be over in a week. :D

My friend buys a few from the Hanoverian Elite Foal auctions each year to sell on. Her website is:

If you want a nice German baby give her a call. She has a 3yr old (imported as a foal) who is nice and has the most lovely easy going temperament. He is Hermani. I bought one from her as a yearling and have backed him as a 3 yr old myself and I am a complete wuss. He has been a pleasure and everything she said he would be.

Update... I've managed to get a baby but not quite in the way I planned.... Baby human no. 2 due May 14th which has kinda scuppered my horsey baby plans -- ho hum maybe next year ;)
