Hi everyone.

I am NOT supposed to be looking for another horse yet.....not til Spring....but I can't help looking at this, and I keep going back to the advert. I'm a TB girl through and through, but I'll never find one as good as my old boy who I lost recently and I would like something to keep my other mare company.
I am wanting to do hacking and maybe get back into dressage, but I don't want the ready made article....I want to work on something - but something manageable and which won't throw me into the middle of next week...what do you think of this one??

she looks like a genuine little mare there can not be any harm in going to try her i bought a mare in april 7 and half years old unbacked she is a great girl now and to be honest 950 not really alot

Absolutely lovely. Snap her up now!

Oohhhh CPT if it gets the seal of approval from you, then I'll definitely phone up....I have e-mailed them just now, so if I've not had an e-mail back by tomorrow afternoon, I'll get on the phone to them.....will I be too big at 5'6"? I am currently 10 and a half stone, but could easily get down to under 10 stone....I want something to have fun on now.....and she should be able to go barefoot - even better!!

A Dales HH, nooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Are you sure, are you pissed? Nothing wrong with Dales BTW, a friend of mine has one before people get upset, BUT it will be so different, easy and it might be stress free. Can you really live with that Holly Hocks?

I think I could cope without the never ending vets bills, lameness, high maintenance, yes!! And I've still got Blue for when I feel the need to get a vet out lol!! xx

All I can say HH is that you are a rat leaving the TB boat! God knows what you are going to spend all that left over money on. The Dales will cost nothing to keep, vets bills will be next to nothing. BUT you will have to spend £20,00000 on a bleddy saddle to fit it. Plus extra acreage for starvation paddocks, I could go on and on!

Don't be mad!!!! I've not deserted yet!!!!

It says Dales cross on Facebook. She is local to me, and if I hadn't paid the same for my fab little ex racer in June I'd definitely have been tempted to go and have a look! Shame she's too small for my 5'10" friend who's looking :(

Ah - ok - I can see the horse may be a dales cross, she just did not look pure bred to me!

She looks a lovely mare and if you have the time etc. The only way to really know is to go and look. You are not too heavy either etc. Let us know how you get on too! We are very nosey and waiting!

The photos aren't brilliant for judging, but I don't like the conformation of either her front or back legs, back legs look worse and I would worry about future arthritis as well as ability to do much work, but she is cheap and it depends on what sort of workload you would plan on doing with her.
