Honest opinions please

pretty mare, just not overally keen on her neck but i suppose with her being young will get better over time

Think she is way too underdeveloped to be doing 1.05m and the like. Others may disagree, but I think that is way too much for a 3 year old. Looks quite odd in the hindquarters too, although might just be because she is a baby. She clearly has a great attitude though bless her.

Don't think they're the greatest photo's they could have used! Not a massive fan to be honest, but then I like my horses a little sturdier!

ETA: Hang on a sec?! You're getting a horse!! What happened to Toscar?

Thanks for those opinions, all very welcome!

BG - Had one vetted but thats gone up in the air now. Toscar we are still having for now

Rosiie - Yes she is very young, although nearer to four. Apparently she acts a lot more older than 3, but we are just going to have a look.

I would be concerned that she is quite young to be jumping that big. My limited understanding is that WBs mature quite slowly and that she will still have a lot of growing to do. If she is already jumping that big how young did they break her? I'd be worried about her joints in the long term

Looks ok but very hard to judge looking at photos that poor! Really would have thought they would have used better quality pics seeing as the horse is being advertised at 3 and a half grand. Crikey I would have a heart attack spending that much on a horse

Sorry I dont like her at all, she is very young which doesnt help, overpriced and overworked too I think.....and a BIG step up from a Haffie!

Hmm, I don't think it is worth that much personally, we are selling a 16hh 5 year old ISH gelding for the same price. He has done everything, eventing, dressage, all pc activities, hunted all season, hacks alone or in company, schooled round lots of BE xc courses and xcells BSJA qualifying for lots of finals and being ranked 8th in the BSJA midlands points list over winter. He is like a cob in a sport horse body he is so laid back. I think you could find better for your money. And yes I think she is too young and underdeveloped to be jumping 1.05m, you are asking for trouble. Some three year olds which have been produced are like everybody elses 6 year olds and can cope a bit better but this mare does not look like one of those.

I personally wouldn't touch it, doing too much for her age and totally agree that this will lead to inevitable problems later on. I really don't understand why people push horses too quickly! Even if she is nearly 4 she is doing too much IMO.

id be a bit put off the fact it is 3 years old and already jumping, the horse to me looks like it needs to build itself up muscle wise and put a bit more weight on - too slim for my liking.
