She looks a bit like my little filly. WHen I was considering selling her I was asking £350 and my girl has a lovely temprement and would not have been any work to anyone. Plus she's not in foal.

£1200 is shocking. I don't think they are even on the same planet as the rest of us. She may be sec D (some do have more feather than others especially the ones that aren't of show stock) but unless she has a WPAC passport I doubt it.

I'm not selling Saffs now though. I've decided to keep her for the kids. She's so laidback.

I think she could be a very smart little horse. I'd certainly pay up to £800 for her on that basis alone.

She is not sec d pure - is a cross with cob. sec d's dont have that much feather. i know, I have one. offer less. much less.

I agree with this. Too much feather and a very plain head for a Sec D.

In my area you could easily get a nice 3yr old Sec D, well handled, good breeding and confo for under £1000. I've seen really nice youngstock for well under £500.
