as above...

i'm looking for a small pony for my kids, who will act as a companion for Raff too...

saw a DARLING shetland on the weekend, but they've decided not to sell...

how about this one?
does he look ok?
would my eldest (12) be able to show him inhand? what classes would he be eligible for?
does anyone know anything about the dealer?

he looks very sweet, the only thing I would want to clarify is the fact he is ridden on the lead with the novice, but the child who rides off lead is a "confident" 9 year old. it could just be bad wording, or it could be he needs a confident strong rider if off lead rein, I would check that.

I really like it, very pretty. It is a snaffle, just a full cheek one. Could be cheeky off the lead from what i could gather?????????????? aprt from that def worth a look, would do well in the ring I would think. Lead rein in hand, there is all sorts, such as child hanlder, prettiest pony, in-hand non reg native (unless it is papered then would do reg native)
lots of things!

Not really sure that it has a snaffle in its mouth.

oooh, yes please. all options considered. i'd prefer shetland or section a. under 12hh. has to be bombproof and able to be handled by small children. oh, and a gelding...

being cheeky off rein isn't too much of an issue, as will be used as lead rein for at least a few years... as soon as it's safe on lead rein, and to handle... hmmm... i do think he's a cute little thing.... i'll ring up later about him.

Looks a nice pony. It does have a snaffle in it's mouth, it's a Tom Thumb bit. Would check that it's good off the lead rein too.
