What do you think of this - youngster

Depends on how much she's going to grow. If she's only 14.2hh as a 3 year old I wouldn't have thought she'd end up very big so limited potential (I'll now get howled down as Headley Britannia's only 15.2hh but I think you know what I mean). If she does have a mad growth spurt and makes 16hh then I think she's very reasonably priced.
 
I think the asking price is reasonable for a 16hh+ horse but seems quite a lot for something small. If she's only 14.2hh as a 3 year old I wouldn't expect her to get any bigger than 15hh so limited potential, unless, of course, she is phenominally talented but you woon't know that yet . . .
 
Ditto the others really - she looks sweet but no exceptional, I would say she is fairly priced, maybe slightly optimistically priced really - just bought a 3 year old with more 'recognised' breeding than that (clover hill/nimmerdor/sandro) for not masses more than they want for her and he is 16.1hh at same age. Altho not backed - but have only had him 3 weeks, give us another week would hopefully be able to take equivalent photos! His prev owner has another for sale asing £2.7k and he's 16hh already as well and again decent breeding (believe Mars among others).
Think her height will be limiting factor.

re ad : tbh I don't personally think she will grow that much more if 14.2 at 3yo and as a 'in between' height may not really be worth that kind of money, however, if she's the right size, suitable for what you want then go for it
