After a bit of advice if you wouldn't mind :o

First of all: I'm not advertising - these are not for sale at the moment :D

What could be improved? I'll be changing the "buttons" to metallic card once it arrives.
Anything I'm missing or you think would make them look better?

I can offer special K and diet coke for any feedback :D

i used card then stuck ribbon "fans" to it - they need improving definitely.
They're so fiddly it's unreal

ETA: I tried doing the flower type rosettes and it as an absolute disaster :p

I like the main part (see what you mean about fiddly!) but don't like the ends as look too like the things you get on presents (maybe if you changed the fabric or made them thinner and added tails?). When doing things with a centre it is essential to get the right proportions but you have got it right I think. What will go on the metallic centres?

Special K and Diet coke? No cake? :)

Yes Tails - I thought something was missing i just couldnt put my finger on it!

you can really see how much effort you have put into them - perhaps you should bling some up with diamantes?

I was thinking I could glue diamantes to the centre if people want them. The other option is to find an ornamental button and glue it on

Sorry, no cake  - trying to be healthy

so change the size of the rosettes and add tails? anything else?

They look smart - I love the center parts! For the rosette bits - could you use something other than cardboard for the centers? If you get caught in the rain while showing I think it would look fairly sorry for itself after! Perhaps metal or diamante so it would last better and also stand up to a little cleaning. I don't know if something like these chicago screws would work? https://www.tandyleatherfactory.co.uk/en-gbp/search/searchresults/1290-051.aspx You can dab a tiny dot of super glue onto the thread when finaly doing up so they never work loose. Would prefer smaller rosettes too, and perhaps with ribbon tails off it too - looks smart on. Also (being mega picky) I would prefer the end rosettes to use the exact same ribbon as that through the center of the browband so you don't have so many different shades going on. Easier to keep smart when picking ties etc too as less slight colour variation.

Cool talent, they must have taken you ages!

I like the bands, but hate the ends.

However, if I am anything to go by there must be a market out there for nice browbands without the silly ends? I just don't like them at all, and the plainer ones look a bit riding school tbh.

I think the rosettes are total overkill and just look daft on a lot of horses heads. Less is more and all that! Perhaps there is a niche market for you?
