TBH it's good he has been prosecuted, one less dishonest seller the better, but anyone can lie when selling, which is why I don't trust anyone when buying, then I can be pleasantly surprised. You don't have to be a dealer to lie about the age of a horse, and people should get them vetted, then they wouldn't be ripped off in first place. I think the main issue is the fact he is trying to sell horses which are unfit to ride. Yet another a***hole.
