Here in the US when a horse gets a fat leg from cellulitis, etc, sometimes we sweat wrap with nitrofurazone to bring down the swelling. It doesn't seem to be widely available in the UK (judging by Amazon.com), I would presume because it's carcinogenic? Or maybe I'm not looking hard enough?
