What do you want from a sponsor?

My company is tentatively thinking about moving into sponsoring an eventer/dressage rider so before I make any plans, what is it that you as competitors look for from a sponsor? Is it just about free stuff and money?

Support (business wise), a good product to use and endorse. Good publicity and money

Apart from the free stuff!
It would be nice to have the recognition and them to promote my name as well as me obviously promoting them and their company.
