what does everyone feed their puppy

Both my dogs, St Bernard and Lab wre raised on Eukanuba and are still on it, they are the picture of health, ideal weight and have gorgeous shiny coats/

Yeah I thought that with the animal testing thing, until I then found out that pedigree and all the others, bar a select few, all use the same methods as Iams/Eukanuba.

thats why i dont use a comercial dog food or cat food.

there are a few that are animal freindly, burns being one of them.

I'm so lucky to have a pet store around the corner that bakes their own holistic food. Here's the ingredients:

Organic turkey breast, ginger, garlic, parsley, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, apple cider vinegar, omega 3 fish oil, flax seed, sea meal, slippery elm powder, blue/green algae, dried cranberry, taurine, bone meal, zinc, vitamin E, scorbate C, bee pollen, grapefruit seed extract, trace minerals, digestive enzymes, lecithin.

This is the result -- one uber glossy pooch

I feed ready break with evapourated milk in the morning, then Butchers puppy food for lunch and tea.

Also she has free access to Autarky Spring (dried puppy food) all day long.

My mum (KC breeder) recommended the ready break because of getting the calcium into them whilst the bones are growing. She tends to feed her puppies on ready break for breakfast then she makes a mash out of Autarky Spring and hot water with raw meat packets added (rabbit/tripe/beef etc) for the rest of their meals.

There are some incredible pet stores here; the array of raw and holistic foods is mind-boggling.
