We pay £150 per month for an indoor stable, outdoor and indoor menage, very good grazing and parking our lorry. We have a nice tackroom and our own haybarn
I pay £35 pw and thats for all year turnout, big stable, indoor floodlit school, 60x30 floodlit outdoor school, 90x50 floodlit outdoor school, XC course, off road hacking, SJ course, shows held here in summer, feeds and haynets put in for free. Oh and YO is on site 24/7 and the yard has CCTV and pin coded entry to tack room!
the yard im at now is £27 a week, this includes stable/grazing(in summer only-april-oct) tack/feed room that has no space for my stuff! outdoor school-[****] gravel that is already water bogged so very bad for my ponies mud fever-rubbish hacking and its a riding school so the school is hardly ever free anyway-also i get unlimited haylage but i want hay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! moving in jan to new yard bhs approved- its £18 a week which includes stable, all year turnout, beach riding(gorgeous gallop for miles) loads of off road hacking, unlimited bedding, tack room, feed room and indoor school is extra £25 a month unlimited use and hay is extra £5 a week during winter and you can also have assisted livery where its 1.50 a day for turnout/feed/rug change-so it will cost me a total of £30 a week for use of all above.
I just moved from DIY which was 17 pounds a week, included use of menage, gallops, off road hacking, all year turnout, really friendly. YO would keep an eye on ponio if need be. But was in the next village and with 2 kids it was going to be hard in the winter.
Just moved him to the farm. I get a stable, hay, straw, automatic waterer (when dad fixes it), and turnout when the weather's not too bad. Hacking means roadwork to a certain extent, but it's only a minute away from my house, so is easier for us. No other facilities though.
I pay £55 per week for semi full, includes good stable auto drinker, good bed on shavings, mucked out once a day and skipped out evening, all feed including unlimited haylege, outdoor floodlit sand paddock, indoor school, turnout on grass daily from May to October.
I pay £17.50per week, hay £2 per bale, straw £1. In full winter unlimited haylage for £5per week. We order what hay, straw or feed we wnat every week and it is delivered to us and put in your storage area. We have a saddlery on sight so it's quite handy.
I pay £16 per stable (1 pony and 1 horse), £4 a week each for giving already mixed feed and turning out in the morning and £1.50 a week for parking the trailer. No electricty, water at a tap, and tiny arena. But it's five minutes from my house and the children - who are the riders - can cycle there. Otherwise they would only see their horses at the weekend.
I pay £10 per pony/week (I have 4) for shared grazing of a 10 acre field with 2 others. No facilities other than hard standing car park/tie up area. There is a yard across the road with a stable available in an emergency (but would have to pay £5 p/w extra).
