Doug always used to do it when i first had him, all the time. he was a bit nervous, but not majorly(sp). Now ive noticed recently he never shows the whites in his eyes and acts a lot more submissive. When other people are around him and touching him, he does show the white4s of his eyes and looks at them quite nervously.

do i just have a weird pony? or is there a reason?

You can always see the white of Razor's right eye but not his left (i think one eye is smaller than the other) - so look at him from one side and he's calm and relaxed, view him from the other and he's terrified :-0

happy..... SCARED..... happy..... SCARED

My pony shows hers but it appears only to be when she is try to see something better, may get her eyesight checked soon. She doesn't show the white when she is spooking in her field last seen a couple of days ago when sheep were being rounded up the other side of the hedge.

My boy shows the whites of his eyes around new people. He is a very suspicious person and takes time to get to know new people, especially men.
