How could I have forgotten cheese?!

Ivy used to go bonkers for apple but now doesn't go for it. I assume because she has since learned about cheese and holds out for the good stuff and not this fruit nonsense!

It's my word for emergency recall. Her birthday cake was cheese flavoured ocean based cake, two of her favourite things and napping

Gus:
Children, he would sell any of us out for a child, particularly with complex communication needs.
Herding cats - no sarcasm, genuinely a hobby.
Being made of play dough - eg squishing into the smallest of spaces just to be with you.
Sleeping upside down.
Wandering in a very bilbo bagging esque way through wide open spaces, he genuinely seems to like taking in the view and taking life slowly.
Crumbs.
Attention and affection - does not realise is quite heavy to be a lapdog.
Being involved in general life - he’s one of those dogs where you can take anywhere, any setting with anyone and he’s content and a pleasure to be around.


Gin:
Making own entertainment when bored, usually including destruction and/or things that are very annoying.
Obsessions with things that last a day and then are dead to her forever eg e will have times where she must carry a tennis ball around non stop or a teddy bear, then it’s discarded forever.
Small plastic black plant pots - a love that has never died since she was small.
Eating faecal matter and dead things.
Rolling in faecal matter and dead things.
Eating in general - mostly things she shouldn’t.
Lying on the top of the sofa with head/foot on your shoulder.
Ears rubbed, by selected associates only.
The car, she lives for the car like no dog I’ve ever known.
Lying in the bay window and guarding the house.
Lying outside and guarding the house.
Generally guarding the house and all that sail in it.

Goose loves me and paddling himself to sleep on my knee using a soft toy. If we’re upstairs separately, OH in the study, me in the bedroom, Goose is with me, Mitch will be at my OH’s feet.

They both love new toys. Mitch loves chasing bubbles in the garden, Goose is bemused by his obsession. Both of them love cuddles.

Toys! Current fave is a Kong Wubba, but he's also very keen on his frisbee, and a stone (which he found when he was very small, and has kept ever since!)
