What facilities do you want from your DIY livery yard? (london)

Just wondering what people on DIY livery yards (20 miles west of London area) are looking from, from their yard?

Do you want services provided? Assisted livery? Horse walker?

Do you currently pay for parking for you trailer/lorry?

Do you want individual or group turnout?

Also what are you currently paying monthly In this area?

A large school with a good surface. Lights at night. I like turnout in small groups, but with the option for individual or just 2 if they have dietary needs (eg laminitis history). Decent sized stables that don't leak. Secure tack room. Reasonable storage.

Horse walker nice but not critical.

I'm up the m40 but you can expect to pay up to £55 per week inc hay and straw.
