What film: Racehorse treadmill?

Okay, have no real reason for posting this, just was extremely curious... In a horsey film I've seen, there was a horse on a treadmill covered in red air bags??

Any idea which film it was??

And do they do the air bags in real life?

No idea what film you have seen but i have seen horse treadmills on various vet programmes, one recently (cant remember but it was on TV last summer/autumn) had one on - a horse was being galloped on one (quite a sight!) with tubes up its nose to check its breathing etc. There werent any airbags but he had almost a breast bar and bars down the side to keep him straight (bit like a normal human treadmill) and there were loads of fans on him to keep him cooler i would assume!
