Is it just me or is it on quite a strong setting too?
Only one I ever saw was on a pony known for bogging off on its riders while his head was in the air. Even then it was only on the lightest setting (clipped on closest to the bit).

Looks like a Market Harborough to me, too. Not quite sure what to make of it, have only ever seen it used once before on a horse who liked to shove its head in the air and tank off, but the gadget never interfered with the head carriage unless it was at that height

Looks to me to be set a bit too tight, almost like they're trying to get a draw rein action out of it. Naughty.
