WHAT HAPPENED TO MAIN RING FEEDS? IE, MAIN RING BLUE/GREEN/RED ETC?

HI,

As a kid we always fed main ring blue to my ponies.

and green for condition and red for energy.

But what happened to Main ring feeds? I always liked them.....but havny seen them for years!???

They were taken over by another company, i cannot remember which one now. I used to feed Main ring. The green was great for our rescues and Silver for my old mare. I was sold a bag told it was the same but it wasn't.
I used to buy it from Newark horse auctions. The feed man there was lovely, always gave fantastic advice. I do miss those feeds.

They were bought by Dengie I think, but must've gone off on their own again as no longer part of Dengie. But they still do all of the feeds:

Those were the days, when I first got my pony I used to feed her Main Ring Blue, often wondered what happened to them

Were they not made by Rumenco, they still have a factory in Burton.

I used to feed main ring red, that takes me back years.

They are still made by Rumenco, in Burton.

It's just in a different packaging now.

Good Lord! That takes me back a few years. Im sure they were the first company to manufacture a complete mix?
