What happened to the race horse on army ground?

As title really.

There was a racehorse a while back that was out training on a beach or something. Threw the jockey and galloped off into army ground. Army wouldn't let owner/trainer search for it so they got helicopters out.

Does anyone know what happened? (Sorry if already been done and I've missed it!)

The horse was called Zimbabwe trained by Philip Sharp. The last update i can find is that around the 23rd Jan a helicopter search had been done over the MoD ground at 200ft and they couldnt find any horse dead or alive.

Yes I keep searching for the answer...maybe it was stolen?

Awww, shame, I hope they find him eventually.

Such a shame, I used to look after him when I was in Ireland. I doubt he is still alive after so long with no sighting.
