I find that many of the people I know are funny about having a will, as if by having one you are going to die straight away!
I have had one since I was 25 and am now nearly 34. I changed it when I bought K and he was going to go to my best friend who helped me find him. She has the space and knowledge to look after him, he would also have gone with 'spending money' so to speak.
Now I'm getting married I have changed my will again for my OH to have him. I know he loves him and he has lessons already and I know he would be supported by those at the yard who would help him. Again, K would have spending money so his livery, feed, shoes etc are covered and OH doesn't have to worry about money for him.
