Organising events is back breakingly hard work, but oh so worth it. When its in full swing and people are enjoying your hard work the feeling is amazing. We had the odd few issues, but more often than not people would come and say what a great day they had had. I never used to count up the hours of preparation that went into organising shows, and its a good job it's stays light til 9 odd at night in summer. If I had spare time I would happily volunteer again to be involved.
