What has made you smile today?

Well I had a flat lesson and Tia is going rather well at the moment. I finally know how to stop her messing about with her leaping and broncing. Keep her attention ALL the time and keep my leg on. As soon as she looks at something else her head goes up and she does some leaps.

So I was smiling after my lesson and Tia keeps nickering or whinnying at me whenever I come into sight. Very sweet

Watching my mare bucking and broncing madly round the school having a fantastic time......and seeing my dog bounce happily along next to me and the wheelbarrow on the way to the muck heap after not being very well for a couple of weeks x
 
I managed to melt one of my husbands christmas presents on the top of the fire and wondered what the smell was, well it 'was' a model of a 1969 Corvette Stingray waiting to be built, whoops! Did make me giggle though!
And when I was at the yard I saw my horse staring at me and he had a 'please come and stroke me' look on his face, as I got near him he opened his mouth and sploshed the contents all down my front, he'd just had a drink! I swear he had a smirk on his face. Such a funny boy!
 
I'm using a pole to help Charlie get canter right and he decided to trot up to it, stop then cat leap it as if he has never seen a pole before ( bearing in mind we've been doing it for ages!)

it just made me giggle (plus lose my stirrups!)

Someone special sending me a text, to say they had got me some car batteries and a solar charging... and then saying..... so whos going to have the best electric fencing.... silly but it put a smile on my face ;-)
 
Watching my horses confused face when I produced his dinner from in front of his stable! He normally has to wait but it was ready made and he was very confused.
Also the little nicker I get when i come to bring him in.

And the fact he was a brave horse and stood his ground when his friend freaked out about the tractor. He stood like a rock and helped setlle her down.

On another note my lovely meal out with my OH and the fact he's spoilt me rotten toay

a little off topic i guess, i went to view a house with my mum today and it was lush! so getting all excited =D
 
My mare standing at the gate waiting to come in and as I walk towards her she whinnies in that lovely deep throaty whicker that lets me know she loves me (or at least the big feed she knows she's gonna get in a minute
