I'm not sure how it's happened but take a look at what is arriving soon! Only head and shoulder shots for now, will get loads when she gets here (with her baby!!

Her name is Gina, she's about 16.1 and is a branded Polish; don't know much more just yet except she has had three foals; this one is just over a week old, a bay filly by One More Tiger.
Trouble is, I haven't told OH yet she will be mine, he thinks they're just coming for the summer - whooooooooooppsssssssssss

!! Will someone give me a very severe telling off, mind you, it's a bit late for that isn't it?!
They're very grotty pic's but off the phone and it was too dark to get some of baby but I'll make up for that later!

Oh Pat. She looks seriously stunning!

What's baby look like? I'm curious. Why does someone sell a mare with a week old foal? I'd not be able to part with a baby, the novelty would most certainly not have worn off after a week!

LOL! Yep! It's a bit of a wildcat, had very little handling so far and it's legs were a bit bent when she appeared but they're strengthening up every day now and you call Gina pretty, wait til you see foalie, something else she is (I think anyway!)
Will be looking for names once I've sorted out the paperwork (haven't a clue what G's registered name is, very professional that is isn't it? - exactly what I tell people not to do, chronic aren't I?!)

Pretty girl, can't wait to see foalie pics.

Erm...............Sorry back to the matter in hand...........you're very very bad

Thanks Clare! She's a lovely mare to handle too, so much the better!

TBH, she's part of a dispersal sale due to the loss of the rented yard where she is at (it's being sold from under them!) otherwise there is no way in this wide world I would have been able to afford her!

Well, I'm glad one of you didn't let me down and gave me a telling off; thank goodness for that!!

I'm going to have great trouble not to bubble over in front of OH when they're actually here though otherwise he'll guess something is up!

I see! I just couldn't fathom why someone would part with a baby as I know I couldn't.

Come on then, what's the baby like...what colour?

Dark bay with a little sock! All three of her foals (by Tiger) have been bay so will have to put her to a coloured to get a coloured I think.
I think I would be hard put to sell once the baby was on the ground and I found it very hard to sell Jennie just before she was due but needs must at that time, though I did regret it I have to admit.
Foal will be for sale though, has to be, sadly! The others have both been shown and won so I'm keeping things crossed this one turns out as well!

Lovely, lovely looking mare.

I'm looking forwards to seeing the foal and wish you all the best of luck and fun with them both.

Bad bad bad lady

Why is it you always find the most stunning coloureds.

I used to ride a Polish WB and he was such a lovely soppy git.

Cant wait to see more pictures of her

But its such an INVESTMENT and a bargain and you couldn't just stand by and watch such a young baby be homeless could you???

grin.gif

Nice mare, can't wait for baby pics!

We're wicked aren't we?! But I almost like living dangerously, much more interesting - when it goes right that is!

She's been covered by I've Been Framed, the coloured TB but for her old owners this year and next year I have a free service to either him or Tiger as part of a very big bargain - I'm still pinching myself!
grin.gif

We've just brought them home and when I've answered these I'll be in there with my camera as it's too nasty to turn them out today!

I think once OH sees her hopefully he will soon like her and see the potential

Not sure he'll take that, more likely to see the drain on resources, but hey ho, done now; she's home! - but he still doesn't know she's mine!

Boys are OK Ed is recovering from fraturing his coller bone 3 weeks ago!
New house is lovely and we are already very settled, am very glad I made the decision to move.
Mac is in the dog house he kicked another horse out in the field, poor other horse is now back in on box rest with possible fratcure arghhh bad bad pony. They haven't been fighting at all and there are other horses out so he may not be the culprit but he is number one suspect Have to be very very nice YO at the moment!
