I have been away the last 2 weeks and can not scroll through the hundreds of posts

Sophie (grey) had a fab 1st outing last weekend (had a skin lump removed 8/52 ago), but Flo was v bad and has been sent to the naughty corner (refusals at ditch and water).

Fiona- Went to America for 2 weeks (only my second time ever abraod!) just went through Kansas/Nebraska/Wyoming/Colarado area for last family holiday

I also meant to say very well done with Sophie, sorry to hear about Flo-hopefully it was just a bad day ?
 
Hi Fran, hope you had a smashing time?

I've just had 3 teeth out today, so am feeling pretty groggy, I apologise now for spelling mistakes!

Zeb was meant to do his first BE100 with me last weekend, we did the dressage which was an even more lacklustre performance than normal

Ive had a boring few weeks, sat on the 4 yr old for the first time, got a new job (the one I was after ages ago!) and got crushed against a fence and spent the morning in A&E with a suspected broken neck..

You know..same old stuff

Hi fran hope you and digby are well and your feeling fresh after your holiday.

I went showing last week and WON best rider, came 4th in condition and turnout, and 5th in ridden veterans. Im off showjumping tomorrow after our recent fall and going back down a height so hopefully build her confidence back up again.

I have lots planned at the mo.

What you upto with digby at the mo?
 
Hi Claire- oh i didnt know you had fallen :9 hope your okay.

Dont know about refreshed- pretty jet lagged atm and we spent that 2 weeks travelling by car 3500miles

Glad you have lots planned, D is doing an event next weekend but i need to work on his canter a lot before trying to do to much BE as its too much hard work going as he is atm!
 
Yeah came off and got a hoof in the back hard, no real damage other than brusiing and badly winded but it shook us both up so re are dropping back a level.

Sounds like a busy holiday, i hate long car journeys - much rather go by plance to a place with a blue sea and white sand lol. What sort of things did you do on holiday?

Im sure digby will be a star, he certainly doesnt have millies dangly showjumping legs lol.

How is millie doing in her new home? I often think of her.

I am really pleased with Digby but just need to do lots of homework at the moment!

Holiday wise- i went with my family, my dad and brother wanted to watch some of the harvest out there so we did that in Kansas for 3-4 days , i had a ride western style as well, saw Mount Rushmore and a few national parks including Yellowstone and lots of wildlife such as bison,buffalo, elk deer, black bear and grizzly bear, prairie dogs etc and we also saw a rodeo. We have seen so much it will take a while for it to sink in!
