OH's words to me the other day after we told youngest daughter that she could have a pony on loan and she did nothing by talk about it all day. I shrugged it off at the time but shes driving me mad by asking me when he can come and live with us, will she have outgrown him by the time he gets here (hes quite small), will she be able to hug and ride him every day. She loves school but now wants to miss it so that she can see the pony

Does anyone else remember getting really excited about having a pony - I must have had a sensible mum as any ponies I had just arrived while I was at school rather than being anticipated for ages

My sister has been like that all week, since we went to try a horse, went again today and made the decision to buy her, I know this week is going to be worse than last week. My sister is 53 and we have had horses since she was 20!

Watch out - as soon as pony arrives it will need a new pink headcollar and matching lead rein, 3 x pink numnah, new bandages, rugs, matching silk for her hat etc, etc, etc!!
