one of my Spaniards has now got a sore foot - he has been barefoot for three years with no problems at all, but we have recently moved yards, and the new yard has lots of walkways, all covered with road toppings. Nice idea in theory, and the shod liverys seem to manage ok, but my boy positively hobbles. His unshod mate finds it ok. I now have to lead mine the long,long way round, which is grass track followed by road as i really cant bear to put him through the black stony tarmac-y stuff.
any ideas?
