What horse items do you use on yourself?

Oh yes, vet wrap, linament, fly spray, massage rug spread on the sofa for me to lie on, hand held massager for OH's shoulder.

I've used megatek on my hair, made it smell delicious but not sure it helped with growth.

I use phaser fly spray on me because the horse is allergic to it and it is too expensive to waste.

I use gold label arnica and witch hazel on my own bruises.

I use saddle balsam on my shoes.

I cut my husband's hair with liveryman clippers when the barbers were closed during lockdown and he hasn't been back to the barber since.

I've fed him horse carrots too.

My nails are terrible (and I don't really care) but whenever there's a heatwave and I'm putting Filtabac on Archie's nose as sun block every day, they grow really well and get really strong. It's the only difference (I go out in the sun as little as possible as I'm allergic to summer) so it must be doing something.

NAF pimp my pony shampoo makes great bubble bath. Udder cream is really good hand and face moisturiser, use it a lot.

Did see a Facebook post few days ago with someone saying NAF farriers dressing I think it was makes a really good nail strengthener.
