Rugs - I swear by Weatherbeta, the freestyle, fantastic for Captain's huge movement. Also Mark Tood. I swore heartily at Rhinegold, both my horses had Rhinegold rugs at different times and both have been absolutely cr*p.
Clothes - For myself I buy anything going cheap, although I do love my Puffa jacket that was sooo warm even in -16. Also love Requisite joddies, have had some for years and I am tall and the men's ones are great as they are comfy, hard wearing and cheap! Elizabeth has mainly Joules but likes Kyra K. and Caldene. She would like Kingsland if I was a multi millionaire instead of a poor teacher!
Numnahs etc. Pink equine.
Horse boots- Whitaker.
riding boots- Dublin generally. I swore mightily at the Rydale mucker boots I bought at a show, absolutely rubbish!
Feed/supplements are where I won't compromise. Then it is the best I can afford. Horse First generally for supplements, Baileys for feed. (He used to be on Blue Chip, but it sent him loopy)
