Ok, so I went to Countrywide and bought myself this  (After a good oiling!!)

So what has everyone else bought?? I don't have much money left now lol. Still need a new bit, couple of rugs etc, but I don't think the remains of my money will stretch that far!!! :)

Very nice; came up brilliantly with the oiling! What make is it?

Bailey got spoilt for Christmas, so the only thing I need at the moment is a bit. I'm on the look out for boots (premier equine seem to have some lush ones) and some other bits and pieces which he will need for when he is ridden away next year - just an excuse to shop basically!

The one thing I REALLY am after is some sparkly exercise bandages...his colour is burgundy (technically) but it does alter between pink and purple depending on my mood - so if anyone can find me some red, pink or purple sparkly bandages I will be eternally grateful - Bailey however will not!! :D

With MY christmas money...

The horse got a Jeffries Falcon bridle, a stupidly expensive turnout rug and a bag of carrots :D

Gone are the days that I used to spend my xmas money on party dresses

Ahh thank you! I thought for a moment nobody else has bought anything yet!!!

I know all I seem to be spending my money on is horsey things at the moment! Need more feed, a girth, rugs, bits, bandages!!! My list could go on forever lol!

It's a barnsby saddle, which I now have two of!
This is my other one -

:D

I didn't think the new one I got was that bad! It's had a repair to the bottom part of the saddle flap on the one side but that's it. Otherwise it's in great condition, come up great with some oil (as you guys have already noticed!!) and only cost me £120 :D

Fine_And_Dandy I'm off to have a look now for you :D

Yep, I didn't even realise it was a Barnsby saddle until i got back and my dad noticed lol!

The customer who had it for sale in the shop had it up for £190, reduced to £140. As I only had £120 on me the guy at the till rang the owner of the saddle and asked if she would accept £120 and she did :D

Now I just need it to thaw out so I can try it properly lol!

Fine_and_dandy I'm not having much luck :( are you sure they are out there somewhere for sale?? :)

Fine_and_dandy I'll keep an eye out for some for you :) I thought I had seen them before but wasn't quite sure, maybe ask your friends if they can remember where they got theirs from?

Steph&Pierpoint I don't think I would be either!!!! But at least it is doing good for your horse and he won't be suffering without it :D the rest of mine is going on feed, and possibly a new bit for my youngster :)

Badgerdog shame about having to spend it all on hay :( luckily I get mine included with rent which is very cheap, not long to go until summer, chin up :D

Paint me proud I'm loving the pink!!! But not the price haha! Also will you have a horse to use them after you've sold your mare?? I'm still trying to motivate myself after about 6 or 7 years to make some lol. I think the weather needs to sort itself out first :D
