What insurance...

A lovely idea, but in this day and age of blame/ claim culture, I wouldn’t even go there personally!

If it’s for an event, have you considered hiring a company that offer petting ponies?

You can do pony rides if you are affilliated to a charity with full event level 3P insurance. We used to do them with Pony Club. But the combination of it being really rotten for the horses, shared hats with nits and fairly horrible folk... insurance is the least of your worries....

We used to do an open day and the RDA would bring their ponies for pony rides, and they kept the profits. If you want pony rides maybe your local RDA would like to come for a few hours and earn some money?

I presume they will have looked into the insurance etc.
