It means a really high score. Like in cricket where innings are up in the hundreds because cricket lasts forever.
Basically the riders they were referring to must have got a lot of penalties!

in cricket the score is in the 100's which is good as you've had loads of runs. not so good if you're eventing cos you'll then have loads of penalties through time faults, stops, falls, dodgy dressage etc and will not win!!!
