what is ely,cambridgeshire like for grass livery/diy yards?

i may be moving to this area and wanted to find out what the availability for grass livery/rented fields/diy yards is like in this and the surrounding area.

i used to live there (moveed away 2 months ago). and had horse on livery there. there are quite a few small-ish yards. and one or two bigger yards.

do you know what area/village? or are you looking on moving to Ely itself?

there are some lovley places in the area but also some really nasty dives owned by people only interested in making lots of cash out of what small area of land they have.
i grew up very close to Ely & still have family/friends there you are also welcome to PM me if you want.

if i get the job id ideally be looking for a field to rent or grass livery but preferably id want full grass livery for 2 or 3 ponies.wouldnt need facilites as 2 are youngsters and 1 is retired.

there are quite often fields to rent in and around Soham (about 5 miles from ely-ish) but i can't think of any to rent actually in Ely.
