I am off to Sands for the BN, probably along with the rest of the southern home counties....

I'm not sure Sands will bee that busy tbh....as Royal Leisure is on just down the road too ! Unless of course you're chasing the Area 46 ABC Handicap qualifier
I've never jumped at Sands personally....is it any good ?
Rambo - Its OK, the warm up is a nightmare if it is busy, but bigger than RL. I have jumped both and I think they are about the same - though for some reason Sands is spookier.
I am def not chasing the AB&C, however my best friend is, and last time we went it only had about 12 entries. However, I took Bruce for the British Novice (our 1st time out) and it was a nightmare with about 60 people trying to warm up at the same time.
Much of a muchness really, its great these classes are so popular, but not so great if you are on a wimpy Warmblood in the warmup!
I think the courses are slightly better at RL...
Where are you off to this weekend, maybe I will see you at RL one day!
Going to Exeter EC to do a schooling round or two then the blue chip Novice qualifier.
Haven't competed her BSJA since July when she threw major hissy fits but she is going very well at home so fingers are crossed. Only going to jump for jumping as suspect there is going to be hundreds and only ultra fast double clears will get the qualifying spots!
