What is my dog trying to tell me?

My dog has always 'brought' things - the occasional slipper, cushion, part of her bed - with a waggy tail and a big grin - but since we moved house a couple of weeks ago it has become ridiculous! If you sit in the living room for an evening, by the end of it the room will contain all the cushions in the house, three rugs (and they are big rugs!), any shoes left lying around, her own bed, my handbag, and anything else that is soft and not stuck down! She doesn't do them any damage and doesn't mind them being taken away, but she seems to like getting us and most of the contents of the house all in one place! She will sit in a big heap of stuff and just wag her tail when I laugh at her! What is she trying to say???

Sounds like she is just feeling a little insecure at the moment - if you dont make a big deal about her behaviour, I am sure it will pass quickly.

She's helping you pack again and I would think it's just her way of asking for reassurance from you that things are permanent.
