Try adding a "blur" layer and make it really blurry... then brush out the dogs and the grass to bring it up sharp again?

Before you blur it you could use the clone stamp to make the bin and bras into fence but because yoh will be blurring it doesnt habe to be seemless, just basic fence colour.
There's also a way to cut out outlines and drop onto a different background but I've not figure that one out yet and it can end up looking really odd.

MrPF has commandeered it for home working then plays games in the evenings so I am sticking mostly to my phone... I'll see if I can wrestle him away from it for an hour at some point. Nicer weather might draw him out of the house to go put more fences up or something! ?
