I have two heavy horses, both have arthritis. After looking at all the joint supplements I use Feedmark's Extra Flex HA. I have spoken to them after seeing all the blurb on the website, and they really do carry out the research they claim! My gelding was really too stiff to be ridden a year ago, but he is now back hacking happily - would definitely say the joint supplement helps.

I'm very interested to hear what people have to say about the best joint suppliment. My horse is nearly 20 but still hunting etc. He is quite creaky and I want to give him a suppliment that will work. There are so many out there and I don't know which one to use!!!

He is currently on Cortaflex but if other cheaper ones work then I'm quite happy to use them. Any ideas?!!

this is an interesting post as we had choc on cortaflex for ages and it workd for about a month then just didnt seem to make a difference after that... we then went into our local score and got recommended this product to try it was a lot cheaper than the others and we have never looked back we have taken him off it for 4 days and he went slightly unlevel then put him back on it and within 2 days his paces were powerful and perfectly sound its amazing stuff but every horse reacts different to different products but we have heard lots of good comments from people who use this product... its called Multi-Plex HA

fab stuff and half the price of cortaflex and it doesn't stop working!!!!!
