What is the best thing to promote new hair growth?

As title, supposed to be showing my yearling but he has a very large bald patch on his neck! Want it to grow back asap!!

Has a 2 y-o with huge bald patch last year size of a dinner plate due to some sort of rain scald. Used an American product called Quick & Heal, it was magic!!

Dermobion (green cream) used to be awesome at doing that - but I think it's off the market now 'cos of the corticosteroids - ah welll,
Go for the camrosa - messy stuff but works well
