What is the process of registering with HMRC.

Hi H&H friends,
Not sure if this is the best place to ask this question.
My 17 year old daughter is working part time (setting her own hours/holidays etc) as a groom. The question we have is when does she need to register with HMRC and does she need to complete Self Assessments etc.
