WHAT is this pony doing with his legs?? Vid clip

Sorry, not very clear and pls excuse Fabian threatening to run me over, but what's he doing with his forelegs. His knees come out and his feet sort of flick inwards... sort of the opposite of dishing, but it's not plaiting.
Does anyone know what it's called (horsie on F's right- the little Arab)

It's prub where he's very narrow in front- they can tend to not have enough room to walk straight, esp when they get a bit wound up!

Aren't the feet supposed to land in front of each other though; in a line as it were? I don't think his actually do (except when he's going sideways as in vid) Tisn't pretty to watch is it?
