What is this? sarcoid or cut?

Not noticed anything on him since today when noticed on his stomach he had a lump which looks like a cut with proud flesh but could be a sarcoid. Dont want to clean and put cream on it incase I make it worse. Got the vet for vaccs next week.

He had a kicking fight with my other horse in the field a few days ago so could be a cut.

Any ideas?

Just looks like a bogstandard cut to me! The picture isnt brilliant so i cant tell if theres any swelling. Is it hot? Is there pus coming out of it? if that was my horse i'd give it a wash with well diluted hibiscrub and silver spray. Keep an eye on it and get your vet to have a look when they come out to do vaccs.
