Drop noseband as above. Tend not to be so popular these days as they have to sit quite low and can be uncomfortable for the horse.
 
I'm a bit fan of these for big headed horses as there's no pressure on the side of the jaws/molars and you can keep them loose enough to make no action at all is horse is working relaxed (i.e. they have have jaw slightly open, which mine do when they are relaxed, their lips wort of wobble!), but if they try ti actually open mouth then the action is right there!
