What is this world coming to

Its from back in August about a herd of Lipizzaner horses that were being neglected

pictures not very nice, poor things.
I came across the article while reading about the progress of the Amersham horses
Just wonderd if anyone has anymore news.

thats awful.
words escape me.
its just far too common at the minute.
and to think they were "rescued" from the war.

Appauling, and it upset me that in the top picture despite being nothing but skin and bones they look rather upbeat

OMG they look awful. Poor things, how can anyone leave them like that? August as well; do you know if anyone rescued them or if anything was resolved? I wonder if the newspaper followed it up at all.
