What is wrong with people!

Just saw a woman walking with about nine children up a fairly main road with a terrior off lead. Very minimal control, dog ran in the road and woman proceeded to holler at one of her children to get the dog!

WTF!

She had a lead in her hand but didn't bother putting it on when the dog had come back!

If it wasn't for the fact she looked like a White version of big mummas house with her striped Tshirt and tracky bottoms I'd have told her my opinion but I've had a hard day at work and don't have the energy to cope with a cacker attack....

It makes you wonder sometimes. a couple of weeks ago we were out with our horse trailer, with 2 horses on board and we saw a dog running around in the middle of a very busy road. We stopped ,of course and it came up to us,very friendly little dog, no colllar or means os identification. I called my daughter in law, who is a vte nurse, and she was on her way to take it to the vet for micrchip scan,when a girl suddenly appeared and said the dog was hers. It clearly was, as it ran straight to her. It could so easily have been run over or ended up in some rescue centre somewhere, or worse. I was incenced, and yelled at the girl, only to be told "none of our gogs have got collars on" !! Some people shouldn't have dogs!!!

Such actions shouldn't exist and the woman penalized for she is so inattentive
