RUBBISH, and I’m really jealous of anyone who has loads of off road hacking. And I love my hacking.

RUBBISH! Have a few short tracks that are pretty much rubble, no fields to ride on, and to get anywhere we have to go along the main road. Very rarely venture out hacking, and when I do it's just not a pleasurable experience
 
Our horses are kept about 200 yards away from the entrance to the Army ranges.... amazing hacking, although its not open all day everyday. The common is just as good though for when the ranges are shut.

Only downside is the 200 yards of busy A road we have to go down before getting to the good bit!
 
Miles (ie hours) of off road riding, mixture of woods and downland, plus access to dead end farm lanes for road work if required with only local access traffic.

I don't "do" proper road work any more thankfully.
 
We have about 6 road rides and miles and miles of off road hacking, not as much as some of you but we can go for for 3 hours without going along a road (may have to cross one though, but only footpath to footpath) we can probably go out for longer if we do a mixture of roads and fields. We are really lucky, the hacking is amazing around here
