I used to ride a Shire x TB, she had a bold jump and plenty of ability on the flat, I loved her to pieces and would certainly look at a Shire x TB when I'm looking to buy in a few months

my mare is an irish cob, so it would have to be and irish cob x with any of the following;
welsh cob
shire
dales

there are probably more options i would try with the irish cob but cant think of them

Loving the idea! Mine is Egytian x Spanish but I'm liking the idea of introducing some Polish in there to get a bit more substance
