I work in a home for severe learning difficulties ranging from being able to walk but not talk through to total care which includes feeding via a tube(peg feed) I used to work in mental health with schizophrenics and autistic spectrum disorders.

Supposed to be a housewife but spend all day playing with horses & rush home to do ten minutes hoovering before kids come home from school!

PA in the health services - yes, horses and health / social care do seem to be closely linked. I know a lot of nurses who ride.

hi, i work as a support worker with adults with challenging behaviour, in other words mental health but am trying to get into the police force my aim is to join the mounted branch that is my dream job.

First year Criminology & Sociology student, I am an early morning cleaner to fund the horse.

I was also a care assistant for elderly people, full time during my gap year and part time while at uni, but gave that up to spend more time with the horse!
