Don't know if this is the right forum but i was wondering if anyone knew what jobs there are available for someone with a degree in veterinary bio-science.
thanks
Virtually none in comparison to the number of people training. As Fransurrey says, usually need PhD, or something else to make you stand out from the crowd.
If you are looking at training somewhere, then ask them how many of their graduates are working in a job that needs the veterinary bio-science degree, as they usually just tell you the number of grads employed and some of these will be doing cleaning jobs or in a completely different job or going on to do more quals because they couldn't get a job.
However, someone has to be employed in the jobs that there are (try links from the university websites that run these courses) and it might as well be you if that is what you want to do.
You could do the PGC top up for a Biomedical Sciences degree which would then possibly allow you to work in a diagnostic lab. There's only a couple left now so it's dead mens' shoes...
