What length of rein?!

I bought some reins today, thinking they were full, but when I got them on my 16hh TB x type they were too small, as my hands were on the very end of the rubber.

SO, I am trying to get the same pair in a larger size online. What size is 4ft8/56'' - pony/cob/full?

no idea sorry, but why dont you measure,the reins that dont fit, and add on the X amount of inches needed for them to be the correct length?

I'll just wait and measure my old broken ones, good idea! I am a wally.

Sorry to bump this rather late in the day, but I use pony length reins which are 48". Most full size are around 54", and extra full are usually 60" (closet tack geek )
