How do you all know what length stirrup leathers to get? I always thought 54" was the standard adult size now but the ones I'm after are out of stock in this size. I'm looking at the Henry James Calfskin ones so wondering if a 52" would be fine. I'm 5ft5, i do ride shorter rather than longer. I'm thinking 56" maybe too long!

I would think 52" should be fine- if you're in doubt, you could measure the length of your old stirrup leathers where you fasten them?

Im shorter than you 5'2 flat long but jump short I tend to buy 48s as 54s are fine for flat but not short enough to jump, whereas I've got adjustment both ways with 48. Friends quite a bit taller than me often go up from my flat length so I think you'd be fine with 52 at your height
